Balance

Often times, I wonder if my chakras are balance aka is my life balance?

I know you can agree that our lives are not balance and we can achieve a balance life but it is not easy as flicking a wand. Here is a few tips to balance things in your life.

1.)  Throughout the week ask yourself if some activities are benefiting you in growing or achieving your goals.

Simply if it’s not doing anything but wasting your time because of boredom, remove it from your life. You will feel less stress about it and you will have a little more time in your days or weeks ahead of you.

2.)  Apply an hour a day with a project or any goals and you can change the topic each day or week to keep it interesting.

That hour is a step closer to enlightenment or your goal and definitely put a smile on your face. Being happy is the key, of course.

3.)  Balancing a healthy diet and exercise routine.

I know I know, this is cliche to say but you will feel the difference in your soul, mind, and body. Who doesn’t want to feel that? Please sign me up! Do you want to know how to sign up too? You start now by committing to yourself.

I would have to say some of balancing my life with a family is incorporating some activities together. By having game night, nature walks and having genuine conversations. As for being a stay at home mommy, I usually balance myself at naptime or nighttime and work, work, and work on myself. Of course, I don’t only work on myself but the world by sharing my light.

Comfort Zone

Do you want to resent yourself because you didn’t get out of your comfort zone?

Being comfortable with the safe zone, your normal reality can get boring. It’s scary because your worried about people judging you. Being afraid to fail or not liking a different world than what you know. Which is all natural. But when your in your 80’s, Do you really want to ponder yourself “I should of, would of, could of”? I don’t.Getting out of your comfort zone can bring a whole new you. You can find new things you like such as hobbies and friends. That’s amazing isn’t it! You won’t get that if you didn’t step out of your comfort zone.

That  hike with a great scenery you wanted to take, that art class and festival you wanted to go to. Go do it! See how you feel, if you feel happy do it again, if not you learned something from it and take that to the experiences you have tried. I would resent myself if i looked out of my window dreaming about a life I can have and achieve with courage. Remember you only have one life, one shot to experience everything you dreamed of doing. Go shine and see the light to a whole new world. I hope this inspires you to step out of your comfort zone.

Lazy Days

In my daily draw I got Four Of Cups. Now every time when I get this card I think “wow I’m a lazy ,bored and disconnected person today”. But I’m here to tell you what it meant to me today.

Even though it was a lazy day I found that the message today was different. I needed to get grounded with my soul and my thoughts. I got grounded by doing yoga, meditating and hanging out with love ones. With grounding my thoughts I came across with ideas for projects and feel like I don’t know where to start. But do I?! The answer is yes and it’s all in that thinking brain of mine. As you see in the photo the cloud is trying to give the young man the cup but he is so disconnected from the world he is blinded by opportunities. I see my ideas for the projects I want to do or achieve is an opportunities that I can’t let pass by through the day. Going through the day mindfully and watching for opportunities either its ideas in the mind or from people just know the lazy days are essential. We live in a world of go-getters and that is great. But sometimes people don’t know how to slow down and disconnect for a day or a while. Embrace these days.

How to embrace lazy days:

  • Yoga and meditating
  • Reading
  • Cleaning
  • Nature walks
  • Hanging with friends and family

Making Goals

This is the excerpt for your very first post.

All of our lives we hear people ask us “Do you have any goals/ What are your goals”. Sometimes we have answers or we just shrug our shoulder clueless. Me, I struggled to answer to people maybe due to lack of confidence. I would just say “I just go with the flow” and put on my fake smile. I would have ideas, things I want to accomplish but to scared to go after them. But at times I still struggle, This year have been a learning ball to make goals and building my confidence to go for them. It’s hard to make goals because of fear and afraid of being a failure. Through my experience this year I have to say I grow personally and spiritually more then I imagine.

Here is a little step guide to S.S.G.:

  • Setting Goals- writing them down in your journal or on a post-it and sticking them on your mirror. Remind yourself why this is important to you and keep pushing to reach your shinny goal.
  • Starting Goals-Start with minor goals and then make your way to major goals (both personal and spiritual) Study, research, and read about your goals so your can achieve them successfully.
  • Go out and get started. It’s Now or Never! Have self discipline, perseverance and have fun. Trust me you will feel the light within yourself of achievement and success.

Here are some of my goals (S.S.G.) for 2016.

At the beginning of the year I started to journal, write down mostly everything my intuition tells me. I told myself that i wanted to be more spiritual, So I practice meditation, yoga and reading cards(tarot and oracle). Of course eating healthy, being fit and being a active loving mother. Lastly volunteering giving my helping hand out and my time to help my community.

As we are heading towards the ending of 2016 I have been reflecting what I have achieve and I can honestly say I am proud of myself. I can’t wait to do more of S.S.G. and I  hopes this encourages you to make your own goals.

Thanks for reading my first blog post.
